We provide only one self defence class in our area as we do not have enough equipments such as hand guard, chest guard etc. We would request you all to help us with this so that we can arrange more such classes. Who knows one day one of them might bring us gold medals and if not they will be safe and will be able spread their knowledge of self defence technique.
